Abstract:
The ResetSAPassword utility resolves errors that have been reported during an upgrade from OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10 to v11:
- Error 217900: sp_AuditLog_Add
- Error 214623060: Procedure it function Sp_AuditLog_Add
To resolve these errors, download and run the ResetSAPassword utility.
Downloading the Utility
- From your OfficeMate server, download the ResetSAPassword utility [click here to download].
- Save the file on your server's desktop.
Running the Utility
- Close OfficeMate and ExamWRITER on every computer.
- Ensure that you have a backup copy of your data. For more information, refer to the Backing Up & Restoring Data document.
- Double-click ResetSAPassword.exe on your server's desktop.
The Open File - Security Warning window opens. - Click Run.
The application runs quickly and closes silently. No user interaction is required. - Delete the ResetSaPassword.exe file from the server desktop.
- Delete the AuditDBConversion.exe file from the server desktop.
