Is there a location in OfficeMate where I can record patients' insurance frame and contact lens allowances?

You can record patient's frame and contact lens allowances and insurance authorizations on the Eligibility/Authorization window:

1. From the OfficeMate or OfficeMate Administration main window, click Patients.
   The Patient Center window opens.
2. Click Demographics.
   The Patient Demographic window opens.
3. Click the Insurance tab.
4. Select the insurance carrier or add a new one.
5. Click Eligibility/Authorization.
6. Click New to create a new authorization.
7. Enter the allowance, eligibility, and authorization inforamtion in the fields provided.
8. Clcik Save and Exit when you are finished.
