Appointment Scheduler uses colors to denote appointments and available time periods. To change the colors, follow the instructions below.
OfficeMate v9 and later
- Open the Appointment Scheduler.
- Click Tools and select Scheduler Preferences.
The Scheduler Preference window opens. The System Colors group of controls is displayed on the left side of the window. - For the Closed, Available, and Not Available colors perforn one of the following:
- Click the drop-down arrow to select a color fromt he color picker.
- Type the hexadecimal value for the color you wish to display.
OfficeMate v8
- Open the Appointment Scheduler.
- Click Setup (in the upper right corner of the window).
- Click the Preferences tab.
- Click Change next to Closed, Available, Not Available, or Weekly Appts in the System Colors box to change the colors used to denoted appointments and available time periods.
- Select a color from the Color window and click OK.
Note: To avoid confusion with colors in the Daily View, do not use yellow to denote appointments and available time periods. - Click Exit Setup.
