How can I change the closed, not available, and available colors in Appointment Scheduler?

Abstract:

Appointment Scheduler uses colors to denote appointments and available time periods. To change the colors, follow the instructions below.

OfficeMate v9 and later

  1. Open the Appointment Scheduler.
  2. Click Tools and select Scheduler Preferences.
    The Scheduler Preference window opens. The System Colors group of controls is displayed on the left side of the window.
  3. For the Closed, Available, and Not Available colors perforn one of the following:
  • Click the drop-down arrow to select a color fromt he color picker.
  • Type the hexadecimal value for the color you wish to display.
  • Click OK when you are finished.
  • OfficeMate v8

    1. Open the Appointment Scheduler.
    2. Click Setup (in the upper right corner of the window).
    3. Click the Preferences tab.
    4. Click Change next to Closed, Available, Not Available, or Weekly Appts in the System Colors box to change the colors used to denoted appointments and available time periods.
    5. Select a color from the Color window and click OK.
      Note: To avoid confusion with colors in the Daily View, do not use yellow to denote appointments and available time periods.
    6. Click Exit Setup.
