Abstract:

This patch resolves two issues related to eprescribing with DrFirst:

  • SSO-209 error when opening a DrFirst web page
  • Duplicate medication entries appearing when a new doctor joins the practice

Download and install this patch before October 31 to avoid a disruption in your eprescribing service.

Requirements
This patch requires ExamWRITER v10.8 through v11.1. If you are using the ePrescribing interface with ExamWRITER v10.7 or earlier, you must upgrade to the latest version of ExamWRITER.

Note: If you are using ExamWRITER 8.0, you will either need to upgrade to v11.1 and install this patch, or you will need to wait until we issue a patch for 8.0 in October. If you're receiving the SSO-209 error, call Customer Care at 800.942.5353 for a temporary fix.

Downloading and Installing the Patch
The patch must be installed on the computer that is running the patient communication service (usually the OfficeMate server). Perform the following steps to install the patch.
