CDAs Not Being Created (OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v11.2)

Abstract:

Issue: After upgrading from OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10.8.6 or below to v11.2, you cannot create CDA clinical summary and transition of care exports.

Resolution: Contact Eyefinity Customer Care at 1.800.942.5353 so that a representative can run a script on your system to resolve the issue.
