Change/Add Selections Not Saving in ExamWRITER 12.0

Issue: While recording an exam in ExamWRITER 12.0, you click the Change/Add button on a Current Information window and deselect previously selected options. When you process the updated information, you receive a message that states, “NO selections have been made. Quit without Selecting?” Your changes are not saved, impacting your exam documentation/flow and quick coding.

Resolution: Eyefinity is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it in version 12.0.3. In the meantime, follow the instructions below as a workaround to this issue:

1. In the Current Information window, click Re-Select instead of Change/Add.
2. Click UNSelect All instead of individually deselecting check boxes.
3. Select only the appropriate check boxes.
4. Click Process.
