Abstract:If you are using Think Smart to set up serial ophthalmic equipment for the first time to integrate it with ExamWRITER, or if your equipment integration has stopped working, verify that you have selected the correct serial port for the interface in the Equipment Interface Setup window. Additionally, contact Think Smart at 1.800.941.4913 to verify that the correct cloud software version with serial port support has been installed on the workstation where the equipment is connected.
