Abstract:
If you are using ExamWRITER with your Konan equipment, and you receive an error that says "Konan software is not installed" when you click Konan Capture, perform the following steps:
- Close OfficeMate and ExamWRITER on each computer attached to your Konan equipment.
- Download the Konan.dll file.
- Copy the Konan.dll file to your C:/OfficeMate (or C:/OMATE32) folder on each computer attached to your Konan equipment.
- Double-click ~OMRegAll.bat or ~RegAllOME_DLLs.bat (also located in your C:/OfficeMate or C:/OMATE32 folder).
