Errors Importing Data from Reichert AT-555, RK-600, and AL-200 Devices

If you are using a Reichert AT-555, RK-600, or AL-200 device via a serial connection in ExamWRITER v10.5.21, and the data measurements from the device will not import, follow the procedure below to resolve the issue:

1. Close ExamWRITER and OfficeMate if these programs are open.
2. Click the link below and save the Reichert.dll file to the C:\Officemate directory on the computer where the equipment is connected: https://s3.amazonaws.com/OMEW/Reichert.dll.
