Abstract:
If you are unable to modify an existing Rx order in OfficeMate because you have recorded a return on the order's fee slip, follow the instructions below:
- Open the Rx Order window.
- Find and select the Rx order.
- Click the Canceled radio button at the bottom of the window.
- Delete the name and date in the Name and Date drop-down menus at the bottom of the window.
- Click the red X in the upper right corner of the Rx Order window.
- Click Yes to save your changes.
- Click No on the Invalid Data window.
You can now modify the Rx order.
