Abstract:
If you are using the Konan interface with ExamWRITER, ExamWRITER may perform slowly when opening exams and searching for patients. If ExamWRITER is performing slowly in your practice when the Konan interface is enabled, follow the instructions below to download an updated Konan DLL file to resolve the issue.
Note: You must be running OfficeMate/ExamWRITER 11.1.9 or 11.2 before installing the updated Konan DLL file. If you are running an earlier version of OfficeMate/ExamWRITER, you must install the latest version before proceeding. For more information, go to myinstallcenter.officemate.net.
Download and install the updated Konan DLL file on each computer connected to the Konan equipment.
- Download the updated Konan DLL file at http://omjira.s3.amazonaws.com/JiraTxOM_2979/Konan.dll and save the file to your OMATE32 or OfficeMate folder (often C:\OMATE32 or C:\OfficeMate).
- Repeat step 1 on each computer connected to the Konan equipment.
Note: If you are using your server as a workstation and it is connected to the Konan equipment, you must also install the updated Konan DLL file on your server.
