Abstract:
Issue: The Humphrey Field Analyzer ExamWRITER equipment interface stops working after upgrading to ExamWRITER 12.0. The interface may send incorrect patient demographic (i.e., patient number) data to the equipment or may not recognize the correct patient number when sending files to ExamWRITER.
Resolution: Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue:
- Close OfficeMate/ExamWRITER.
- Download a new Humphrey.dll file at http://omjira.s3.amazonaws.com/JiraTxOM_3778/Humphrey.dll.
- Copy the new Humphrey.dll file into your OfficeMate or OMATE32 folder.
- Reopen OfficeMate/ExamWRITER.
