Abstract:
If you are getting NCTracks insurance claim rejections from Medicaid because of an incorrect taxonomy code and you are a Gateway EDI client, contact Gateway EDI to edit the claim and push the claim through. If you are not a Gateway EDI client, drop the claim to paper, enter the claim directly on the NCTracks website, or consider switching to Gateway EDI.
Eyefinity is aware of this issue and is working to correct it in a future release for both Gateway EDI and non-Gateway EDI clients. Note that this issue still occurs in OfficeMate 12.0.
