When printing a patient statement, why doesn’t the balance does not match the balance on the ledger screen?

Abstract:

The balance on the Patient Ledger may be different than the balance on the printed statement for any of the following reasons:

·On the Patent Ledger window, the DNP check box may be selected in any of the transactions. The DNP check box removes the selected line from the patient’s printed statement. To deselect the DNP check box, right-click the line item, select Line Additional Data, deselect the Do not print on patient statement check box, and click OK.
