If you are using OfficeMate v7.2 through v9.5, see the "VisionWeb Setup Tips" document, if you are using OfficeMate v10; see the "VisionWeb Setup Tips OM10" document; and if you are using OfficeMate v12 or above, see the "VisionWeb Setup Tips OM12" document. The purpose of these documents is to help ensure that your correct NPI and legacy ID numbers are set up in OfficeMate.
