ECR Vault Thumbnails Fail to Load in Exams

If image thumbnails from ECR Vault are not displaying in ExamWRITER exams, perform the following steps:

1. Open ECR Vault.
   Navigate to C:\Program Files\Comsquared\ECR Vault\Retriever\ECRVault.exe.
2. Click Tools and select Settings.
3. Click the Connectivity tab.
4. Edit the Server to "http" rather than "https."
5. Save your changes and close ECR Vault.
6. Repeat these steps on each workstation.
