Abstract:
If you notice that the lens information is missing fromt he Doctor Service Report, perform the following steps:
- Void or return the fee slip.
- Cancel the order.
- Get a new authorization if needed.
- Open OfficeMate Administration.
- In the Products & Services window, find the lens product from the affected order.
- Rename the product, select the Inactive radio button on the Product Details tab, and save the product.
- Open the Lens Product Loader, retrieve the lens lists, and load the affected lens again.
- Recreate the order and fee slip.
This is a known issue that affects some progressive lenses. We will correct the error in a upcoming service pack for OfficeMate 10.6.
