If you receive an Error 5 while using the ExamWRITER ePrescribing Interface, follow the steps below to download and install an update.
Note: This update does not affect the OfficeMate/ExamWRITER database. There is no need for everyone to log off of OfficeMate or ExamWRITER while the update is being installed.
