Issue: While attempting to open the ExamWRITER ePrescribing site, you receive an eRX Interface error that states, "Currently unable to connect to the ePrescribe site. Please try again later."
Resolution: Try opening the ExamWRITER ePrescribing Interface from another workstation or the server, if ExamWRITER is installed on the server. If you continue to receive the error, ask your IT staff to follow the instructions in this Microsoft support article about resolving failed trust relationships between workstations and the primary domain. You may need to remove the workstation from the Windows domain or change the DNS settings while remaining on the current Windows domain.
