Dymo Label Printer Not Printing

Abstract:

Problem: You are unable to print using your DYMO LabelWriter 400 or 450. You may receive an error message that states, "Please make sure you have installed the DYMO printer correctly."

Resolution:

  1. In OfficeMate Administration, click Setup and select Preferences.
  2. Click the One Click Documents tab.
  3. Select your DYMO LabelWriter printer from the Default Printer drop-down menu.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Log out and log back into OfficeMate.

If you are still unable to print using the Dymo Label Software, call Dymo Technical Support at 877.724.8324.

If you are able to print using the Dymo Label Software, but are experiencing other issues, call Eyefinity Customer Care at 800.942.5353.
